Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Children's Minister responsible for developing engaging ministry programs for children. This role involves working closely with families to provide pastoral care and support, alongside coordinating volunteers and staff within our ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead creativity in developing impactful ministry programs.
• Supervise and mentor volunteers who work with children.
• Conduct outreach initiatives to engage families in community activities.
• Facilitate workshops for children focusing on spiritual teachings.
• Coordinate with community organisations for support and resources.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss ministry goals and enhancements.
• Manage budgets allocated for children's ministry programs.
• Create promotional materials to encourage participation in children's events.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Social Work or Child Psychology (advantageous)

Experience

• Experience working with diverse communities and cultures
