Job Description

As a Waiter or Waitress on our luxury train service, you will be the face of our dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant experience for our passengers. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create memorable train journeys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks promptly to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
• Ensure all food and beverage items are presented attractively.
• Follow company policies and procedures for service excellence.
• Participate in training sessions to improve service skills.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Familiarity with food and beverage service in a hospitality environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
