Job Description

As a Coffee Weigher, you'll be integral to our production team, responsible for accurately weighing and packaging coffee beans. Responsibilities

• Weigh and package roasted coffee beans with precision.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on weighing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Participate in stocktaking and inventory audits.
• Support team members to meet production targets efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Technical Skills

• Physical fitness and dexterity
• Understanding of quality standards

• Flexibility and adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in inventory management: Skills in maintaining stock levels and control of inventory.
