Job Description

Responsibilities
Handle and operate all crab-catching equipment.
Ensure that all procedures comply with sustainability standards.
Support team members in daily operations and last-minute adjustments.
Perform maintenance on boats and gear when needed.
Assist in packing and preparing seafood for shipment.
Maintain clean and safe working conditions on the boat.
Document daily catches and report findings to management.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Marine Biology or Fisheries Science degree is a plus
Experience
Experience in fishing operations is highly valued.
