Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle and operate all crab-catching equipment.
  • Ensure that all procedures comply with sustainability standards.
  • Support team members in daily operations and last-minute adjustments.
  • Perform maintenance on boats and gear when needed.
  • Assist in packing and preparing seafood for shipment.
  • Maintain clean and safe working conditions on the boat.
  • Document daily catches and report findings to management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Marine Biology or Fisheries Science degree is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in fishing operations is highly valued.
