Job Description

As a CAT Operator at Heavy Machinery Solutions, you will be responsible for operating various Caterpillar machines like bulldozers, excavators, and graders on construction sites. This role requires skill, precision, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery with precision and care to minimize risk.
• Execute site preparation activities as directed.
• Ensure machine functionality through regular maintenance and checks.
• Follow blueprints and project designs closely.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Civil Construction Plant Operations is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery.

Technical Skills

• Earthmoving Equipment Operation

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting techniques for machinery: Ability to perform mechanical repairs is a plus.
• Experience with earthworks and land development: Previous experience in similar projects will be beneficial.
