We are looking for a skilled Insulator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation materials in various buildings and structures, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation under various conditions, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct repairs on worn or damaged insulation materials.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop custom insulation solutions.
• Keep work area clean and organised to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document job-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in insulation preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years in the construction industry, ideally in insulation.

Technical Skills

• Safety compliance
• Physical fitness

Certifications

• White Card (Construction Induction Training)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Previous experience overseeing insulation projects including budgeting and scheduling.
