As a Data Entry Clerk with Admin Solutions, you'll play a critical role in handling essential data management tasks. Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into our systems and assist with data management.
  • Organise and maintain data files for efficient access.
  • Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Assist with administrative duties in collaboration with the team.
  • Work with other staff to reconcile discrepancies in data.
  • Ensure all data handling complies with internal policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Office Administration or relevant field
  • Any relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
