Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated File Clerk to support our records management team. The ideal candidate will efficiently maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and secure.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records for legal and compliance purposes.
  • Implement and suggest enhancements to filing systems.
  • Work alongside the IT department to ensure digital security of files.
  • Assist in the development of records management policies.
  • Support the Records Manager in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced diploma in Records Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in records management or a related field is preferred
