Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated File Clerk to support our records management team. The ideal candidate will efficiently maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and secure.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records for legal and compliance purposes.
Implement and suggest enhancements to filing systems.
Work alongside the IT department to ensure digital security of files.
Assist in the development of records management policies.
Support the Records Manager in daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Advanced diploma in Records Management or related field preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in records management or a related field is preferred
