Job Description

Our team is on the lookout for Aircraft Structure, Surfaces, Rigging, and Systems Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing aircraft parts, ensuring that all components meet stringent quality and safety standards while adhering to technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute assembly instructions from technical documents.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve assembly efficiency.
• Conduct tests on assembled parts to ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Perform necessary adjustments to assemblies as required.
• Participate in safety training and audits.
• Troubleshoot and rectify operational issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Actively engage in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Aircraft Assembly
• Aviation Maintenance Engineer License (Mechanical) preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in aircraft assembly

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Quality control understanding

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Strong work ethic

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with welding and brazing techniques: Hands-on experience with fabrication methods for aircraft assemblies.
• Experience with quality control processes: Understanding of quality assurance processes in manufacturing.
