Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR Solutions team. In this role, you will support the full spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring our employees thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for various positions.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and employee concerns.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Provide support during audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
