The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and connecting candidates with their dream roles. Ideally, you will have a knack for building relationships and a keen understanding of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Research and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Assist in developing and refining the recruitment strategy for various sectors.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Review and refine recruitment metrics to enhance performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
