Job Description

Join our telecommunications team as a Telephone Exchange Operator and help us create exceptional customer experiences. In this position, you will operate telephone exchange systems while providing support for customer inquiries. Your strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail will be invaluable as you navigate and resolve issues that arise during calls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot telephone line issues effectively.
  • Connect customers to the correct departments or respond to inquiries directly.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, transfers, and customer interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing team meetings for better communication.
  • Provide feedback on equipment performance to achieve enhancements.
  • Conduct quality checks on call handling and report on findings.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training or certification in telecommunications or customer service is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous
Technical Skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Customer database management software
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
Languages
  • English: Fluent
