Bowling Ball Patcher

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bowling Ball Patcher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining bowling balls to ensure they meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bowling balls for damage and determine repair needs.
• Perform detailed cleaning and refurbishing of bowling balls.
• Document all repair processes and customer interactions.
• Provide training and support to junior patchers.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in working order.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Work collaboratively with the customer service team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in sporting equipment maintenance is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bowling ball patching or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Familiarity with various bowling ball types and materials

Languages

• English: Fluent
