Job Description

As an Agricultural Technician, your role will revolve around seed quality control, where you'll implement best practices in seed production. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll develop innovative solutions to enhance seed quality and farmer productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse seed varieties and their suitability for specific agricultural conditions.
  • Establish protocols for seed storage and handling to maintain quality.
  • Monitor technological advancements in the seed production sector.
  • Collaborate with farmers to provide guidance on effective seed selection and planting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s in Plant Science or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role or industry
