Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mailroom Clerk, where you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our mailroom operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys organising and ensuring the secure delivery of mail and packages.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and process daily mail, ensuring it's directed to the appropriate departments.
  • Monitor and track deliveries, providing updates to departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
  • Assist with preparing and sending bulk mailings.
  • Respond to inquiries related to mailroom operations and delivery statuses.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or clerical position is preferred.
