Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, and package meat products in accordance with industry standards
• Ensure all equipment is clean and operational at the start of each shift
• Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies
• Assist in training new employees on best practices and safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health regulations
• Make recommendations for process improvements
• Record production data accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Relevant certifications in butchery or meat processing will be advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in meat processing, butchery, or a related field is preferred
