Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Tunnel Kiln Repairer to join our maintenance team. You will play a key role in the upkeep of tunnel kilns, handling everything from inspections to repairs and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine and emergency inspections on the kiln system.
Troubleshoot and resolve kiln-related issues swiftly.
Perform hands-on repairs to ensure kiln functionality.
Generate and maintain detailed maintenance reports.
Work alongside other maintenance staff to improve kiln systems.
Train new staff on kiln operation and maintenance protocols.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
Participate in workshops for professional development.
Research and implement new repair technologies.
Assist in budgeting and planning for maintenance activities.
Requirements
Education
Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in tunnel kiln maintenance
