Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tunnel Kiln Repairer to join our maintenance team. You will play a key role in the upkeep of tunnel kilns, handling everything from inspections to repairs and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and emergency inspections on the kiln system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve kiln-related issues swiftly.
• Perform hands-on repairs to ensure kiln functionality.
• Generate and maintain detailed maintenance reports.
• Work alongside other maintenance staff to improve kiln systems.
• Train new staff on kiln operation and maintenance protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Participate in workshops for professional development.
• Research and implement new repair technologies.
• Assist in budgeting and planning for maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tunnel kiln maintenance

Languages
