Job Description

We are looking for a Hull and Deck Remover to join our dynamic team. This role involves the removal of old or damaged hulls and decks from boats and ships, ensuring that the process is carried out safely and efficiently without damaging surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Examine fruits for defects and quality prior to processing.
• Prepare and preserve fruits following established methods.
• Ensure equipment functionality is optimal for preservation tasks.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations at all times.
• Document and maintain accurate production logs.
• Contribute to team projects aimed at improving production outcomes.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Food Processing or similar qualification
• Food Handling Certification

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in food preservation methods.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Preservation Techniques
