We are searching for a skilled Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating forging machines to ensure the production of high-quality metal components. Experience in forging operations and quality control is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of multiple forging machines during production runs.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of machines.
• Assist in optimizing production flow and minimizing downtime.
• Work with engineering teams to improve machine setups and performance.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for junior operators.
• Track and report machine performance and production metrics.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to a culture of safety.
