Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Worker to manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development processes for our employees. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with local labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, creating job descriptions and managing job advertisements.
Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
Keep employee files updated and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance our workplace.
Support the HR Manager in policy development and implementation.
Address employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
Work alongside department managers to resolve employee performance issues.
Implement effective conflict resolution strategies within teams.
Keep abreast of changes in labor laws to continuously improve compliance.
Evaluate and improve HR processes and recommend enhancements.
Advantageous
Experience with performance management programs: Proficiency in handling performance management processes.
Experience in talent management and succession planning: Background in planning for talent development within organizations.
