Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Worker to manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development processes for our employees. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with local labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, creating job descriptions and managing job advertisements.
  • Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Keep employee files updated and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance our workplace.
  • Support the HR Manager in policy development and implementation.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Work alongside department managers to resolve employee performance issues.
  • Implement effective conflict resolution strategies within teams.
  • Keep abreast of changes in labor laws to continuously improve compliance.
  • Evaluate and improve HR processes and recommend enhancements.
