The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to support both staff and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the employee onboarding process to foster a positive experience for new hires.
• Address employee concerns and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR Management
• Master’s degree in HR or Business Management is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in HR functions

• HR analytics

Certifications

• HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Certification
• CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources

Languages

• English: Fluent
