Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to enhance our workforce capabilities. In this role, you will mentor and develop staff through engaging workshops, seminars, and ongoing support. Your leadership will help shape a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the annual training plan and budget.
  • Conduct regular assessment of employee skills and competencies.
  • Identify and implement innovative training methods and technologies.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external training providers as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees through training.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions for staff development.
  • Mentor and guide junior training staff in program delivery and evaluation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development or related roles
