Job Description

The Small Appliance Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly of small appliances in a manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring that assembly lines operate efficiently, supervising a team of assemblers, and maintaining stringent quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-15 assemblers to meet daily production targets.
• Review production schedules and adjust staffing as necessary.
• Implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to assembly processes.
• Investigate production issues and implement solutions promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in manufacturing supervision or assembly roles
