Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recycling and Reclamation Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and categorizing recyclable materials and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Categorize and prepare recyclable materials for processing.
• Ensure that all materials are sorted according to company specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, complying with all safety standards.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with recycling processes.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Waste Management or equivalent (preferred)

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in recycling or logistics is a plus

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Safety protocols

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
