We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our team in Hobart. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on medications, optimizing patient outcomes, and managing pharmacy operations. Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions.
• Conduct patient education sessions regarding medications and health.
• Monitor therapeutic outcomes and adjust treatment as needed.

• Provide leadership and training to pharmacy staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Further qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
