Responsibilities

• Research and propose innovative materials and techniques.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and style guides.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source fabric and materials effectively.
• Assist in the development of fashion shows and presentations.
• Mentor junior designers in technical skills and design philosophy.
• Compile and maintain a portfolio of designs and style inspiration.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and courses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fashion design, specifically in women's garments.
