As a Home Service Demonstrator, you will showcase a range of home services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and gardening to potential customers. Your role will be pivotal in creating exceptional demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our services, helping customers understand how we can transform their homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home demonstrations, custom-tailored to meet the needs of each customer's situation.
• Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships that facilitate trust and engagement.
• Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for approaching new clientele.
• Train new staff on demonstration techniques and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to share ideas and improve demonstration techniques.
• Track and report on sales leads generated from demonstrations.
• Foster an environment of positive energy and enthusiasm during customer interactions.
• Use digital tools for scheduling and customer follow-ups.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote our services.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in a related field (cleaning, cooking, gardening) is a plus

Experience

• Experience in the home services industry is preferred.
