Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills. You'll lead a team of trainers and ensure the development of effective training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate education is advantageous
