Job Description

The Corporate Lawyer will provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial matters, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with various regulations. You will work closely with internal teams to support business objectives and manage legal risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements and contracts.
• Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations through audits and assessments.
• Develop internal policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
• Provide insights on corporate governance and regulatory changes impacting the business.
• Collaborate with external legal advisers as necessary to manage legal risks.
• Conduct compliance audits and provide guidance on corporate governance issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in corporate law are advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years of corporate law experience, especially in commercial transactions.
