Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographical area, cultivating and nurturing strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and effectively managing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of sales initiatives for new and existing products.
  • Create tailored solutions for clients based on their specific needs.
  • Manage customer disputes and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on product use and features.
  • Monitor sales metrics to drive accountability in targets.
  • Develop collaborations with other departments to strengthen product offerings.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting the industry.
  • Facilitate product launches and promotional events.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance sales skills.
  • Document customer requirements and feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management especially within manufacturing
