Responsibilities

• Thoroughly assess kiln car conditions and perform necessary repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities in the company’s maintenance management system.
• Work with other maintenance staff to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the workshop.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience working with kiln cars or in a similar role within the ceramics industry is advantageous.
