The Sales Clerk Supervisor is responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the daily activities of the sales clerks, monitoring sales targets, and implementing strategies to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train sales clerks in customer service and selling techniques.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or retail management.
