Job Description

The Trimmer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetics of trees and shrubs across various outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with trimming techniques and a passion for gardening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance of garden beds and landscapes.
• Provide assistance in planting and landscaping projects.
• Document daily tasks and report to the Landscape Supervisor.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Horticulture

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tree trimming and landscaping.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of tree and plant species
• Equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Arboriculture: Certification demonstrating knowledge and skills in tree care and maintenance.
• Experience operating heavy machinery: Hands-on experience with machinery such as bobcats and excavators.
