Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation programs to help individuals overcome physical and mental health challenges. Responsibilities

  • Assess physical and mental health conditions to create effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients' recovery.
  • Coordinate with allied health professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Evaluate and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed client records.
  • Train clients and families on rehabilitation techniques and resources.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with community resources for additional client support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Rehabilitation or Social Work is preferred

  • 3+ years working in rehabilitation or a healthcare setting
