Join our elite team as an Artillery and Missile Officer where you'll be responsible for managing personnel and resources in the Weapons Department, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Weapons Department's daily operations focusing on efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
• Manage the department's budget and resources effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Assist with training and development of personnel in weapons operations.
• Coordinate logistical support for weapons systems maintenance.
• Engage with external stakeholders for compliance and operational needs.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Defence Studies, or Naval Architecture
• Leadership or management training or certification

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role within the maritime defence industry.
