Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to welcome and assist our guests as they check in and out of our luxurious hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel and provide check-in services.
  • Efficiently handle the check-out process for departing guests.
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Train and supervise new front desk staff as needed.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing and data entry.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
