We are on the lookout for an experienced Mold Setter to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a Mold Setter, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, responsible for setting up and maintaining molds to support production processes. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be essential in ensuring our molds operate at peak efficiency, translating into high-quality products. You will collaborate closely with production teams to enhance process efficiency and uphold safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and fine-tune molds to ensure proper functionality.
• Monitor machine performance and resolve any issues swiftly.
• Liaise with the quality team to ensure product standards are met.
• Assist in the assessment of new molds for production.
• Document all processes and maintain necessary records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Mold Setting or related field
• Certification in Mold Setting or relevant technical training advantageous

Experience

• Experience with different types of molds and materials preferred.

Technical Skills

• Injection Molding Processes

Languages

• English: Fluent
