Job Description
As a Flavorist, you will lead the creation and development of flavours for various food and beverage products. You will work collaboratively with other departments, ensuring that our flavours meet market demands and uphold our quality standards.
Responsibilities
Design and develop flavours tailored to different consumer preferences.
Test and evaluate flavours to enhance product offerings.
Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Document development processes and flavour formulations.
Present flavour profiles to clients and gather feedback.
Mentor junior team members in flavour science.
Innovate based on consumer insights and sensory feedback.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
Master's degree in related field preferred
Experience
Familiarity with natural and organic flavour development is a plus
