Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel. Your role will encompass managing staff schedules, ensuring quality control of cleaning services, and providing ongoing training to ensure the smooth operation of our housekeeping department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the housekeeping team in daily operations and ensure adherence to cleanliness and service standards.
  • Conduct training programs for new team members on proper cleaning techniques and hotel policies.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Manage linen and supply inventories, ensuring the department is well-stocked.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss and implement departmental improvements.
  • Evaluate and maintain cleaning equipment, scheduling repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Utilize cleaning products safely and effectively, following approved safety measures.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
