Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Hearing Health Technician to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in hearing assessments, performing examinations, and providing support to our patients dealing with hearing-related concerns. Your efforts will help improve the quality of life for individuals who experience hearing impairments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed audiometric testing and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to patient scheduling and billing.
  • Engage with patients to develop tailored hearing care plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Hearing Health or equivalent
  • Current accreditation with the Australian College of Audiology
Experience
  • Prior experience working in a hearing healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
