Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to oversee and streamline our logistics operations. The successful applicant will play a critical role in ensuring that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with all stakeholders about the progress of shipments.
• Facilitate training for new logistics team members.
• Analyze transport costs and propose budget plans.
• Create shipment schedules and oversee their implementation.
• Evaluate vendor performance to assess reliability and service quality.
• Assist in deploying logistics improvements through the latest technology.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

• Transportation Regulations

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Lean Management: Knowledge of Lean management principles to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin: Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage for supply chain contacts.
