Job Description

As a key member of our legislative team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that new laws are effectively implemented. Your role will also include public engagement and community outreach to gather feedback and foster local support.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the local community's interests at parliamentary sessions.
  • Research and analyse the potential impact of proposed laws.
  • Organise and attend public consultations and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop cohesive legislative strategies.
  • Provide updates and reports to constituents regarding legislative activities.
  • Advocate for policy changes that enhance public benefit.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of laws.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in public service or legislative roles
