We are seeking a compassionate and qualified General Practitioner to join our medical team in Ballarat. As a GP, you will provide holistic healthcare services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education. Ideal candidates will have significant experience working in varied healthcare settings and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the medical histories of patients.
• Administer vaccinations and preventative care.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Work towards improving healthcare service delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
• Mentor junior staff and medical students.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or equivalent
• Additional training in family medicine is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
