Job Description

The Line Construction Engineer will be responsible for managing the construction and maintenance of power transmission and distribution lines. Strong technical knowledge and effective leadership skills are essential to ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to relevant safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the engineering team on power line construction.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and safe for use.
  • Implement project management processes to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Evaluate designs and suggest improvements based on site conditions.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead safety meetings and training sessions for the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in project management roles is highly desirable.
