General and Operations Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General and Operations Manager to lead our park management team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and foster a strong relationship with community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of park management.
• Develop and manage annual operational budgets.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of park events.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Work with local authorities to ensure park compliance with regulations.
• Engage with community members to strengthen relationships.
• Analyze park usage data to enhance visitor experience.
• Implement training programs for staff development and safety.
• Promote initiatives that enhance park accessibility.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of park programs regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in operations management, preferably within park or facility management

Certifications

• Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP)
• ASCA Certified Aquatic Facility Operator (if applicable)
