You will ensure that our production meets the highest standards of quality and consistency, adhering to specified ratios and quantities. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail and a good understanding of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Precisely measure and scale ingredients based on specified recipes and needs.
• Ensure uniform ingredient ratios for all production batches.
• Keep track of scaled ingredient inventory and alert for reorders.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols assiduously.
• Work with the production team to hit daily production goals.
• Perform regular quality assessments on scaled ingredients.
• Sanitize and maintain scaling tools and areas.
• Support the recipe enhancement team with ingredient scaling.
• Communicate any equipment issues promptly.
• Engage in team discussions to foster effective ingredient management.
• Help develop training materials for new scaling team members.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in food science or culinary arts

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume food production environment.

Technical Skills

• Ingredient Scaling Software Proficiency

Languages
