Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Association Executive to manage our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will oversee financial management, membership development, and strategic initiatives, ensuring our association's growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational tasks and oversee budget management.
  • Implement membership engagement strategies to boost participation.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders for enhanced service delivery.
  • Drive advocacy initiatives and represent the association at industry events.
  • Develop and manage the annual calendar of events.
  • Ensure transparency in operations through regular reporting.
  • Lead and mentor staff and volunteers to achieve association goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in a management role within the non-profit sector
