Job Description

As a Burrer, you will operate various machining equipment to cut, shape, and polish metal components for our production line. This position requires keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Run machinery for a variety of metal cutting and shaping processes.
• Follow production schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes.
• Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and safety awareness.
• Report any machinery issues or hazards to the supervisor.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure standards are upheld.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum Year 10 education

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Experience
• Power Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Physical Stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Metal Sheet Fabrication: Knowledge of working with metal sheets and associated tools.
• Forklift License: Having a valid forklift license for material handling.
