Job Description

As a Rope Maker at Rope Production Co., you will be responsible for producing high-quality ropes and cords, employing various techniques and materials. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your role will include operating specialized machinery, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure production goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for different rope making processes.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and conduct basic repairs.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
• Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and supplies.
• Adopt best practices for maintaining machine and equipment performance.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Textile Production or relevant qualification

Experience

• Previous experience with rope making machinery is an advantage.
