Helpers–Production Workers

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Helpers–Production Workers to support our construction team in Melbourne. You will be involved in various aspects of production, including loading, unloading, and preparing materials for use. This role is perfect for those looking to kick-start their career in the construction field.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment to accurately pull and move loads.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials on-site.
• Collaborate with crane operators and riggers for efficient workflow.
• Document and report any issues encountered during operations.
• Help maintain equipment and tools to prolong their lifespan.
• Be proactive in suggesting improvements for operational efficiency.
• Receive and implement instructions from supervisors without delay.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety of all personnel.
• Support the team with any additional tasks as required by management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required; training will be provided
